I received a shock and my hard was black. We call the front desk , we call a maid in the hallway, finally half hour later someone came.

Looking Forward to The Return. Luis, the front desk manager was exceptional. Marcello at the Pool, also made our stay enjoyable.
He definitely understands what it takes to be a leader. The young lady checking us in I forgot her name was very nice as well.
Nice job. Most people were not very friendly or helpful. The service at the beach was not great. My suggestion would be to remember to communicate effectively to your guests.
Lastly, the rooms. The overall room was a 12 out of 10! The renovation of the property was beautiful. Nevertheless it was a little nostalgic, regardless if it felt out of place.

The new venue for shows is great and the hotel is beautiful BUT We had pool view rooms on 14th and 18th floors. Upon check in at it took a long time to for us to get our rooms assigned.
I have never heard of such a crazy policy! Here is what else you can expect for the outrageous price The entire guitar hotel area is freezing inside!
The walls in the rooms are very thin. You can hear everything in the halls and your neighbors rooms.
There was loud rave type music pumping all day and into the night that you could hear in the rooms on 14 and 18 floors.
No quiet in rooms whatsoever day or night. There were no blackout curtains, no makeup mirror, and we were unable to rent any movies in either of our rooms.
The system was broken. Oh yeah, and the light show on the side of the hotel was broken also. After two minutes the sound died.
A waiter at the outside bar said the light show almost never works. Either lights or sound or both malfunction. If you catch the light show working, it is fantastic especially the neck of the guitar, and you can see it without staying there.

Back Again Spent all the day by the older pool. We really like this one with the waterfall and the "beach" area.
It was not very crowded on the day of our visit. There is no shortage of seating. The staff were very helpful supplying the towels.
